Regular polish is not covered, as it’s more delicate and naturally has a shorter wear time.

How It Works

If up to 3 nails chip, lift, or break within 2 weeks of your appointment, we’ll fix them free of charge. This includes:

• Reapplying gel polish on chipped nails

• Replacing or rebuilding broken nails

We want your nails to look flawless until your next visit: that’s why we recommend booking every 2 weeks for best results.

Important Notes

The guarantee applies only to individual nails that need repair, not full sets.

If we redo 1–3 nails, they’ll look fresh while the rest may show natural growth from the past two weeks.

To make sure we can help, please contact us as soon as the issue happens, not days later. This allows us to offer a proper fix while you're still within the 2-week window.
